for real life, not perfect days

A little help figuring out what to do next.

Hello Dayish is a simple, friendly app built for real life. Most productivity tools organize your day around deadlines, categories, and everything you should get done. Hello Dayish organizes it around the capacity you actually have today.

simple on purpose

Your day does not need another complicated system.

Hello Dayish helps you get out of the “I have so much to do that I’m doing absolutely none of it” loop. Open the app, choose what kind of help you need, and get a clear next step without building a color-coded life dashboard first.

01

protect the day.

RED DAY
Today is about the essentials. Hello Dayish strips things back so you can protect your energy and still handle what truly needs to happen.

02

run the day.

YELLOW DAY
You’ve got some capacity, just not unlimited capacity. Hello Dayish helps you keep life moving without turning today into too much.

03

build beyond today.

GREEN DAY
You’ve got more in the tank. Handle today, get ahead, and knock out the things that make future-you’s life easier.

why hello dayish exists

Hello Dayish started because I was tired of making plans that only worked when I was having a good day.

After having my second child, I was juggling work, kids, home, and a brain that did not have the same amount of capacity every day. Some days I could get a week’s worth of things done. Other days, getting the dishes handled felt like enough.

I had tried the planners, the systems, the detailed routines. I’d build the perfect plan, follow it for a while, fall off — and then everything I didn’t get done would start to snowball.

So I simplified it.

What has to happen today?
What can I do if I have a little more in me?
And what can I do when I have the capacity to get ahead?

That became Red, Yellow, and Green days — a stupid-simple system that finally worked for my actual life.

So I made Hello Dayish. Not to optimize every minute of your life. Not to turn you into a morning-routine person. Just to help you do enough for the day you’re actually having — and make tomorrow a little easier too.
